摘要
本文提出了自然资源持续利用的福利准则及价格构成，并且还阐述了有关自然资源持续利用的价格理论问题。旨在完善自然资源的价格理论体系。
The welfare criterion (the equity of economical welfare and the constant of eco-welfare) of natural resource for sustainable utilization was suggested in this paper. According to this criterion, the price of natural resource is composed of four parts: production cost, average profit, resource compensation and environmental cost. Based on this, some concerned price theories of natural resource for sustainable utilization were expoUnded. We proposed that the National Accounting System and the Investment Project Appraisal Model should be corrected tO: (NNP= GNP-EC) AND (B- C±E) >0.
