碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料的导电性能研究 被引量:7

Investigation on conductive properties of CNT/EP composite

摘要 采用搅拌和高速剪切分散工艺将碳纳米管(CNT)分散在环氧树脂(EP)中,制成CNT/EP复合导电材料,浇成圆形试样。用表面电阻计测量样品的表面电阻检测其导电性,结果显示随着碳纳米管添加量的增加,复合材料的表面电阻不断降低。碳纳米管添加量为5%时,表面电阻从1012Ω下降到106Ω。使用SEM观测了碳纳米管在环氧树脂中的分散情况。 Carbon nanotubes were blended with epoxy resin to prepare conductive composite materials, The polymer composite paste were put into circular samples. The samples were measured with surface resistance meter to investigate their conductive prosperities. According to the results, the surface resistivity of the composites reduced as the loading of carbon nanotubes in matrix increase. When the weight fraction of CNT reached 5 %, the surface resistivity decreased from 10^2 to 10^6Ω. And the dispersion of CNTs in the matrix was observed with SEM.
