摘要
用正交实验优选法对甲硫代亚磺酸酯的合成工艺条件进行了优选,设计了3因素3水平的正交实验,对实验结果进行了极差分析和方差分析,确定了最佳的合成工艺条件为氧化剂为H2O2,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为90min.用IR,GC-MS及NMR对产物的结构进行了表征,并用β-环糊精将甲硫代磺酸酯制得其微胶囊,使其成分得到保护并提高其使用安全性.
The optimum synthetic condition of methyl thiosulfonates was determined by L^9 (3^4 )orthogonal tests. The structure of the product was characterized by spectra of IR, GC-MS and NMR. The optimum synthetic condition is that the oxidant is H2O2, the temperature is 50℃and the time of reaction is 90 min. t3-CD can capsulate alkyl thiosulfonates and the main components are not destroyed after capsulated. Its capsulator can also protect the user.
