摘要
网络技术的飞速发展对传统的大学英语教育产生了强烈的冲击,引起大学英语教学模式的深刻变革。为了适应新一轮的大学英语教学改革,英语教师的角色也随之需要重新定位和转换。网络化自主学习模式中大学英语教师应承担四种角色,即组织设计者、引导促进者、协作帮助者、学习研究者。
The rapid development of the Web technology has greatly impacted the traditional English teaching and thus caused thorough changes in the mode of teaching and learning. The new round college English teaching and learning reform calls for a transformation ~om English teachers role into new ones. This paper concenVates on the discussion of four roles played by teachers in the Wed-based autonomous learning, that is, organizer, promoter, cooperator and learner. The paper at the same time puts forward a few personal views concerning reofientation of English teachers role under the new environment.
