摘要
基于PROFIBUS的300MN模锻水压机操纵系统控制网络有分布式I/O和智能DP从站两种实现方式;与同步系统通讯有全局数据包方式和非组态两种方式。比较了不同实现方式的优劣,根据现场情况,合理地选用智能DP从站和全局数据包方式,实践表明,在满足通信实时快速性要求的同时,所配置系统网络运行良好,并且显著降低成本。
Two realizing modes to communicate in 300MN hydraulic die press control system are distribute I/O and DP slave station and two ways to communicate with synchronous system. Global data packet mode and non-configuration transfer mode are compared. Different realizing modes are discussed. According to the real situation, DP slave mode and non-cofigurate transfer mode are chosen.Practice indicates that the control system configured works well and it can meet the request of real-time communication and reduce the cost significantly. That experience can be offered to modernize analogical system.
