瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚TCI与恒速输注全身静脉麻醉中的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚TCI与恒速输注行全身静脉麻醉的效果。方法:选择50例择期头部手术患者,随机分为TCI组和恒速输注组,TCI组行瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚TCI全身静脉麻醉,恒速输注组行恒速输注全身静脉麻醉,记录两组患者围麻醉期血流动力学变化、麻醉用药量,插管时及术毕停药不良反应。结果:TCI组围麻醉期血流动力学变化相对较小,插管反应较轻。结论:瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚TCI全身静脉麻醉诱导更平稳,术中麻醉深度更易控制,血流动力学平稳,苏醒快而安静。
