圆盘式施肥机抛撒模型中圆盘转速的试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 通过圆盘式施肥机抛撒模型,在施肥过程中对不同圆盘转速进行了试验,并通过试验在横向和纵向施肥距离上,从不同的角度绘制了曲线图,进行比较得出了施肥的均匀性随着圆盘转速的减低而减低,其有效施肥幅宽也随其减小。同时,找到了达到试验所用的3种肥料的极限速度的圆盘转速,得出圆盘转速在高于极限速度时变化,施肥曲线图变化不明显;而低于极限速度时,施肥曲线变化明显。 In the paper, the tests with different speed of spinning disc have been achieved by the spreading model of spinning disc spreader, and made figures with different points of view from spreading distance in row and in column; By comparing with these figures, got that spreading uniformity and spreading area are reduce when speed of spinning disc is reducing, and find the speed of spinning disc at which fertilizer used in the test can reach its limit speed, when speed of spinning disc is changing higher than limit speed, the figures are similar, when speed of spinning disc is changing lower than limit speed, the figures change greatly.
