摘要
将自由曲面棱镜应用到非共轴系统中克服了该类系统因光学元件偏心和倾斜带来的大离轴像差,从而扩大了系统的视场,并解决了系统装调问题。利用光学设计软件ZEMAX设计了一个由自由曲面棱镜组成的摄影物镜,它的相对孔径D/f′=1/2.7;总长14.89mm;系统的MTF=0.5所对应的空间频率是45lp/mm。该系统与传统摄影物镜相比具有结构简单、系统总长度小、元件易装调、像质高等优点。
The characteristic of imaging in off-axial optical system, and feature of freeform surface are analyzed . Freeform surface prism can efficiently correct off-axial aberration brought by eccentricity and tilt of optical element, to widen the system field and solve the installation problem. A object lens including a freeform surface prism is designed by using optical software ZEMAX. Its relative aperture is D/f'=1/2.7, total length is 14.89 mm, and spatial frequency is 45 lp/mm when MTF=0.5. This system has many merits, such as simple structure, short total length, easy installation, high resolution and so on.
