摘要
光学系统的杂散光极易在系统内形成多个鬼像,严重影响光束质量和传输特性。主要研究了复杂光学系统中折射面的多次反射和衍射面的多级衍射而形成的杂散光及其数学模型与计算方法,提出了一种采用单向链表数据结构进行鬼像分析的更加简洁、高效的实现算法。编制了专门的杂散光分析软件,实例计算表明,采用该软件可以快速地分析含衍射元件的复杂光学系统的杂散光,全面描述鬼像在像面的位置和能量分布,分析结果对在光学系统设计阶段排除鬼像的潜在危害具有重要参考价值。
Stray light generated in optical system forms a lot of ghost images,which seriously influence the beam quality and propagation properties.The mathematical model and algorithm of stray light caused by multi-reflection and multi-order diffraction in complicated optical systems are discussed.A simpler and more efficient algorithm using list structure for ghost images analysis is mentioned. The analysis software has been programmed.As shown by the example, this software is available for quickly analyzing stray light in the complicated systems including diffraction components,and all of the ghost image positions with energy descriptions can be given by the software.The results is valuable to the design of optical systems .
