阐述了由铁路、公路、水运、航空等运输方式组成的旅客运输体系发展的主要问题及旅客运输的需求与预测,分析了各种运输方式在客运构成中的发展变化趋势,介绍了旅客运输战略目标的定向选择,各种运输方式2000、2010、2020年的相应建设规模及其实现的政策措施建议。
The paper details the major problems, demand and forecast in the development of the passenger transportation system composed of the transportation models of railways, highways, water transport and civil aviation. It analyzes the developing tendency of these transportation modes in the passenger traffic structure. It introduces the directional selection on strategic targets in passenger transportation, corresponding capital construction scale and proposals on policy and measures for these individual transportation modes in 2000, 2010 and 2020.
