摘要
针对国产引进型300MW汽轮发电机组调试阶段经常发生7号轴承的振动超标问题进行深入分析。提出励磁机——发电机转轴三支撑结构使得7号轴承振动时不平衡响应非常灵敏,振动较大时容易发生密封瓦和转轴静止部件发生摩擦,进一步加大振动,通过现场高速精细动平衡,圆满解决了7号轴承的振动问题。
In reaction to the problems of above-norm vibration occurring frequently during the periods of the testing of 300MW domestic introduced turbine-generator unit, the paper presents particular analyses, research and solutions based on the structure and the elements.
