摘要
机床上作低速运动或微量位移的运动部件,在运动中出现速度不均匀、时走时停或时快时慢的现象称为爬行.爬行现象的产生主要是由于摩擦时存在着静动摩擦系数之差、传动机构的刚度不足及运动件的惯性较大等因素.该文分析了爬行现象产生的机理,给出了理论分析,对机床各种爬行因素提出了相应的对策.
The moving parts of a machine, when undergoing low-speed movements or micro-displacements, move at uneven speeds, sometimes"walking", sometimes "halting", this phenomenon called creeping is principally caused by the coefficient difference between static friction and dynamic friction, the deficiency of rigidity of drive chain, and large inertia of the moving parts. Mechanism of creeping is theoretically analyzed in this paper. Countermeasures for a variety of creeping are also put forward in this paper.
