摘要
通过对KF/K2CO3催化合成肉桂酸反应的研究,发现在该反应中,KF/K2CO3催化性能较好,用微波处理后使用效果更佳.当反应温度为160℃,m(KF):m(K2CO3)=1:2,n(苯甲醛):n(乙酸酐):n(KF/K2CO3)=1:3:1.45,KF/K2CO3用微波处理2min,肉桂酸产率高达85.5%.
Probing into the reaction of synthesizing the cinnamic acid by KF/K2CO3, we find that KF/K2CO3 is active and it can be better after dealed with microwave. When m(KF): m(K2CO3) was 1:2, n((benzaldehyde): n(acetyl oxide): n(KF/K2CO3) was 1:3:1.45, the catalyst is treated by microwave for 2 rain, the yield of the cirmamic acid is as high as 89.8% at 160℃.
