摘要
小白菜根细胞质膜上存在氧化还原系统。1 mg/L Cd使2个小白菜品种的根细胞质膜NADH氧化速率显著升高,对Fe(CN)63-和EDTA-Fe3+还原速率无明显影响;10 mg/L Cd使2个小白菜品种根细胞质膜的NADH氧化速率、Fe(CN)63-和EDTA-Fe3+还原速率显著降低,说明高浓度Cd抑制了小白菜根细胞质膜的氧化还原系统活性。Cd处理后,2品种小白菜根细胞质膜NADPH氧化速率表现不同趋势。
The redox system existed in root plasma membrane of pakchoi. 1 mg/L Cd significantly increased the oxidation rate of NADH, and had no effects on the reduction rates of Fe(CN)6^3- and EDTA-Fe^3 + of plasma membrane in roots of two pakchoi cuhivars. 10 mg/L decreased the oxidation rate of NADH, the reduction rates of Fe(CN)6^3- and EDTA-Fe^3 + of plasma membrane in roots of two pakchoi cuhivars. The oxidation rate of NADPH had different tendency between two cuhivars in presence of Cd.
