Determination of Trace Silver by Catalytic Kinetic Spectrophotometric

摘要 在HAc-NaAc(pH=5.0)酸性溶液中,以邻菲罗啉为活化剂,以银催化过硫酸钾氧化亚甲基蓝的反应,建立了一种催化动力学光度法测定痕量银的新方法,并尝试应用于氯化银溶度积和黑白照相纸中的痕量银的测定试验.实验结果表明:在实验确定的最佳条件下,该方法对银的最低检出限为1.12×10^-6g/L,相对标准偏差为2.3%,测定的线性范围为0.01-0.12 mg/L,回收率高.对银的测定试验结果令人满意. A new catalytic kinetics spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace silver has been developed in HAc-NaAc(pH = 5.0) buffer medium, basing on the catalytic oxidation of methylene blue by potassium persulfate in the presence of 1,10-phenanthroline as an activator. This method has been applied to determine the solubility product of silver chloride, and the trace silver in the solution of the black & white photographical paper. The results show that under the best conditions, the detection limit is 1.12×10^-6g/L, the relative standard deviation is 2.3%, the linear range of determination is 0.02- 0.12 mg/L for Ag( Ⅰ ). It could get the high reclaim rate and the results of determination were very good.
