摘要
近年来,300MW发电机组多次发生定子绕组端部振动引起的事故,给发电企业的安全生产带来了很大的影响。针对某电厂2号发电机定子绕组端部所存在的缺陷,为了防止进一步恶化,对其进行端部整体模态特性分析,验证缺陷产生的根源,并进行了缺陷处理。
In recent years, the vibration of stator winding end department of 300MW generation units caused many faults, threatening to the safety operation of power generation company. Aiming at the defect of stator winding end departments in one unit, the whole modal characteristic of the end department was analyzed to prevent further deterioration, The cause of defect was verified and the on-the spot treatment was presented.
