摘要
针对涡流室燃烧系统的参数进行优化,采用正交实验及BP神经网络对应的BP算法对实验的结果进行分析,优化涡流室的形状、涡流室容积比、通道截面与活塞顶部面积比、通道倾角的设计,从而提高燃油的经济效率,降低烟度的排放,具有明显的经济效益和环保效益。
This paper optimized the swirl chamber parameters, and analyzed the test results by adopting orthogonal test and BP neural network algorithms. The shape, volume ratio, access area, piston top area ratio and access inclination of swirl chamber were optimized. All of these improve fuel economy, reduce smoke emissions, make more economic and environmental benefits.
