摘要
研究了矿渣微粉对水泥砂浆的流动度、强度以及抗模拟酸雨侵蚀性能的影响。在试验条件下,随着矿渣微粉掺量的不断增加,砂浆的流动度得到改善,强度逐渐上升,而且各不同矿渣微粉掺量的砂浆试件在清水中养护的抗压强度值在后期有逐渐接近的趋势;不同掺量的矿渣微粉等量取代水泥,经pH值为4.0的模拟酸雨干湿交替循环腐蚀后的试件强度均高于同等条件下纯水泥砂浆试件的强度,即矿渣微粉对水泥砂浆试件在模拟酸雨条件下保持其强度不变的能力有改善作用。
The influence of slag powder on the fluidity, strength and resistance to simulated acid rain of cement mortar was analyzed. In the experiment conditions, the fluidity property and strength of cement mortar could be improved with the increase of slag powder mixture, and the compressive strength of the hardened cement mortar which cured in water with different slag powder contents could go up to the same value later in the experiment. The strength of cement mortar with the additive of slag powder was better than that of pure cement mortar after simulated acid rain(pH= 4. 0) corrosion. The addition of slag powder could improve the acid rain resistance of cement mortar.
