进气道喷油式汽油机喷射模式对怠速工况油气混合的影响 被引量:2

摘要 进气道喷油式汽油机的燃油喷射模式可分为开阀喷射模式和闭阀喷射模式两类。以CV20四气门汽油机怠速工况下采用不同燃油喷射模式为例,运用三维瞬态数值模拟的方法分别计算了怠速工况下开阀喷射模式以及闭阀喷射模式的油气混合过程。计算表明该工况下采用开阀喷射方式可以提高缸内的燃油量,在此燃油喷射模式下大部分燃油直接喷入缸内并随即蒸发,对于增加缸内燃油蒸气量更为有利。 There are two different fuel injection modes for Port-Fuel-Injected gasoline engine, open valve injection mode and closed valve injection mode. The Paper simulates the mixture formation process of CV20 gasoline engine, a Port-Fuel-Injected gasoline engine, with both of the fuel injection modes at idle condition. The calculation results show that open valve injection mode is more suitable for this working condition. With the open valve injection mode, most of the fuel is injected directly into the cylinder and evaporates instantaneously, which is better for improving the amount of fuel vapor in the cylinder.
