摘要
利用Pro/E强大的参数化设计功能,对直齿圆柱齿轮进行精确的参数化建模。通过修改基本参数,可以快速生成所需齿轮,提高了设计效率。然后通过Pro/E与ANSYS之间的无缝连接,将模型导入ANSYS中,利用有限元法对齿轮进行应力分析,对模型的导入、单元的选择和载荷的施加都进行了详细的说明。发挥了Pro/E的建模优势和ANSYS突出的有限元分析优势,为进一步齿轮传动的优化设计奠定了基础。
An accurate Parameter model of spur gear is established based on Pro/E. By changing base parameters, gear can be promptly generated, which improved design efficiency dramatically. Then by seamless link between Pro/E and ANSYS, model is lead to ANSYS. Model lead, cell selection and power load are exemplified in detail. Stress is calculated with finite element method, which illustrates the advantages of Pro/E modeling and finite element of ANSYS, laying a solid foundation for optimal design of gear transmission.
