33例肱骨髁间C型骨折的手术治疗分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探索肱骨远端C形骨折手术治疗方法及疗效。方法 对4年内手术治疗的33例肱骨远端C型骨折进行回顾性分析,平均年龄37.4岁,平均随访时间18个月,对手术前后X线片及肘关节功能等方面进行分析。结果 优和良23例(69.1%),一般8例(24.5%),差2例(6.4%)。肘关节活动范围93.4°±12.6°(40°~120°)。22例(66.7%)恢复术前活动和工作,25例(75.7%)对疗效满意。结论 手术坚强内固定治疗肱骨远端骨折是可靠有效的治疗方法,在多数病例能取得优良结果。 :Objective To evaluate the functional outcome following internal fixation of intraarticular fractures of the distal humerus (AO Type C). Methods A retrospective evaluation was carried out. Thirty-three patients with fractures of the distal humerus were treated over a 4 years period. Their mean age was 37.4 years. Analysis of the results was based on the medical records, preoperative and postoperative radiographs and clinical review at a mean follow-up of 18 months. Radiographic evaluation of the quality of reduction was carried out using a grading system. Clinical outcome was assessed using the Mayo elbow performance index. Results Twenty-three patients (69. 1%) had an excellent or good outcome, 8 patients (24. 5%) a fair outcome and 2 patients (6.4%) had a poor result. The mean arc of flexion was 93.4°±12.6°(range 40°-120°). Twenty-two patients (66.7%) were able to return to their pre-injury level of occupation and activity. Twenty-five patients (75.7%) were satisfied with the final outcome. Conclusion Internal fixation of intraarticular fractures of the distal humerus is an effective procedure with an excellent or good functional outcome in most patients.
