摘要
分析了全电动注塑机的结构,设计了针对位置和压力的控制器。对每个环节的控制算法都采用PID控制,形成了PID串级控制,得出了PID串级控制的优点。
The structure of full-motor injection molding machine was analyzed, controller of position and pressure were designed. Controlling of each taehe adopted PID control, forming PID cascade control. The merit of PID cascade control was got.
