摘要
目的观察青春期前SD鼠精索血管高位离断后对青春发育前期、青春发育期、性成熟期睾丸形态结构的影响。方法日龄为30 d(青春发育前期)SD大鼠麻醉后,分别行左侧腹腔内精索血管离断术(手术组)、左侧腹腔内精索血管游离术(对照组),术后将每大组大鼠再分成3组(手术组每组12只;对照组每组5只),分别在术后d3(手术后急性期)、d30(青春发育期)、d56(性发育成熟期)获取睾丸进行组织形态学研究。结果青春期前SD鼠精索血管高位离断后,手术侧睾丸在急性期(d3)出现缺血受损改变;青春发育期(d30)出现萎缩改变;性发育成熟期(d56)发生完全萎缩,附睾管内精子消失。结论青春期前SD鼠精索血管高位离断术可引起急性期手术侧睾丸缺血,影响青春发育期手术侧睾丸发育。该手术引起性发育成熟期后手术侧睾丸完全萎缩,生精功能丧失。
Objective To investigate the effects of high spermatic vessel dissection on testiculax morphological alteration of SD rats in prepubetty, puberty and sexual maturity phases. Methods Thirty - day - old SD rats were divided into 2 groups underwent sham operation and left high spermatic vessel dissection as a simulation of Palomo's maneuver. Detailed morphological investigations were made at 3 different postoperative intervals among the 3^rdd day,30^th day and 56^th day. Results High spermatic vessel dissection in prepubertal rats induced acute testiculax ischemia in the operated testes on the 3^rd day. Most of the operated testes on the 30^th day showed testiculax atrophy. And all the operated testes showed testiculax atrophy and sperm disappearance in epididymis on the 56^th day. Conclusion High dissection of spermatic vessel in prepubertal rats induced testiculax ischemia in prepuberty and testicular growth failure in puberty,testiculax atrophy completely and sperm production losing in sexual maturity phase.
