摘要
受经济社会和IT市场发展的影响,高校学生的就业形势越来越严峻。随着我校办学规模的不断扩大,提高学生的就业竞争力至关重要。分析影响就业竞争力的因素,提高计算机专业学生的就业竞争力,为社会培养优秀的IT人才,是我们目前面临的重要任务。
Under the influence of economy, society and the development of IT markets, the university students＇ employment situation is more and more stern. Along with the expansion of our school＇s scale, it is very important to improve students＇ employment competitive ability. It is also the important task which we face presently to analyze the factors that affect student＇s employment competitive ability, so as to improve IT majored students＇ employment competitive ability and to train outstanding IT talents for the society.
