摘要
目的:检测COX-2和VEGF在卵巢癌中的表达,分析表达结果与组织分级、临床分期、组织学类型的关系及其相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者62例(恶性40例、良性22例)、正常卵巢组织10例中的COX-2与VEGF。结果:在40例卵巢癌组织中COX-2与VEGF的表达均阳性,在正常卵巢组织中的表达均阴性;COX-2在卵巢良性肿瘤中的表达均阴性,VEGF在卵巢良性肿瘤中阳性表达率为18%。COX-2与VEGF与卵巢癌的病理分级、临床分期有关(P<0.05),COX-2与VEGF呈正相关。结论:COX-2与VEGF在卵巢癌的发生发展中起重要作用,二者与血管生成密切相关,共同促进卵巢癌的浸润转移。
Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase (cox -2) protein and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in epithelial ovarian carcinoma , and analyze the correlation between COX -2 and VEGF, the relationship of these protein expression and histopathological grade, clinical stage, histological classification. Methods: The immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of COX - 2 and VEGF in epithelia ovarian neoplasm (40 malignant and 22 benign ) and 10 normal ovarian tissue. Results: All positive expression of COX- 2 and VEGF in ovarian carcinoma, however, no marked expression in normal ovarian cell. Of the epithelial ovarian benign, no marked expression of COX - 2, only 18% were positive expression of VEGF. The positive of COX -2 and VEGF were correlated with histopathological grade and clinical stage. Conclusion: COX -2 and VEGF protein in ovarian carcinoma play an important role in tumorgenesis and malignant progress, both of them have close relation in angiogenesis and may provide new target for therapy of ovarian carcinoma.
