摘要
介绍了西门子百万等级下排汽凝汽器技术,针对该凝汽器结构,陈述了该类型凝汽器的设计特点,并作了对比分析。西门子下排汽凝汽器与汽机低压缸采用刚性连接,低压缸外缸与凝汽器喉部直接焊接。汽轮机低压缸内缸通过轴承座直接支撑在基础上。凝汽器底部采用多球轴承座与基础焊接,并在底部基础上布置定向导轨,定位凝汽器在水平面沿正交方向膨胀。西门子公司下排汽凝汽器管束采用特有的低密度管束布置,具有专利技术的对称布置形式,其传热效果好,除氧效果尤佳,凝结水过冷度低。
The technology of Siemens 1 000 MW class down exhaust condenser has been described in the article. The features of design have also been introduced and analyzed comparatively based on the structure of this condenser. Rigid connection is adopted between the down exhaust condenser and LP casing of turbine. The outer cylinder of the LP casing is directly welded with the neck of the condenser. The inner cylinder of LP casing is directly placed on the foundation through bearing pedestals. The bottom of condenser is usually welded on the foundation with multi-ball bearing pedestals. Oriented guides are fixed on the foundation which would make the coudenser expand on the level along the orthogonal direction. Special arrangement of low dense tube-bundles are adopted for this down exhaust condenser in Siemens, which is the symmetrical mode of patent technology, good heat transfer, fine deaerating result and low undercooling
