摘要
目的探讨脑震荡(BC)后认知行为障碍的大鼠中枢烟碱型N受体(N-R)的变化规律.方法应用金属单摆式机械打击装置复制单纯性脑震荡大鼠模型,采用免疫组织化学结合图像分析的方法,研究BC后大脑前额叶皮质(PFC)、海马、丘脑、尾壳核(CPU)和Broca斜角带垂直支(VDB)5个脑区N受体蛋白的表达情况.结果N受体蛋白在海马CA1-4、丘脑、PFC、VDB和CPU有阳性表达,伤后虽呈轻度下降变化,但与正常组相比无显著性差异(P〉0.05).结论推测BC后N-R蛋白的轻微下调与BC认知功能改变之间可能不存在联系.
Objective To explore the changes of N acetylcholine receptor in rats with cognitive disorder after brain concussion (BC). Methods The brain concussion was induced by a metallic pendulum -striker concussive device in rats. The changes of nicotine acetylcholine receptor (N -R) in PFC, CA1-4, Thalamus, CPU and VDB were studied by immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Results The results showed that the expression of N receptor in CA1 -4, Thalamus, PFC, CPU and VDB declined slightly after injury ( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion It suggested that there might be no certain relationship between the slight down regulation of N acetylcholine receptor in relative cerebral region with the changes of cognitive function after brain concussion.
