摘要
目的研究儿童臀肌挛缩症的免疫发病机制.方法用流式细胞仪检测43例儿童臀肌挛缩症患者和22例正常体检儿童的外周血T、B淋巴细胞及其亚群并进行统计学分析.结果儿童臀肌挛缩症患者的CD4+水平、CD4+/CD8+比值及B细胞水平较正常儿童升高(P<0.05),而总T细胞和CD8+水平两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论儿童臀肌挛缩症患者存在免疫调节紊乱,免疫因素可能是其重要发病机制之一.
Objective To study the immunological pathogenesis of gluteal muscle contracture. Methods In 43 children with gluteal muscle contracture and 22 normal control cases, peripheral blood T - lymphocytes, B - lymphocyte and its subset were analyzed with flow cytometry. Results The percent of CD^4+, B - lymphocyte and CD^4+/CD^8+ in children with gluteal muscle contracture were all significantly higher than those in the control (P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in the percent of total T - lymphocytes and CD8^+ between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion There is disorder of immunological regulation in children with gluteal muscle contracture. Immunologic factors may play an important role in the pathogenesis of gluteal muscle contracture.
