摘要 目的探讨利用颏顶位X线头影测量成人正常颜面对称性的可行性。方法从500名大学生中选取成人正常45例,男23例,女22例,平均年龄22.3岁。拍摄标准颏顶位X线片,参照Ritucci和Burstone的测量系统,用自行研制的测量软件进行测量,结果应用SPSS11.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果所测的各标志点均存在轻微的不对称性,对称性未见性别差异,上、下磨牙点之间相关性最大。下颌磨牙点、下牙中点存在向左的不对称倾向。结论颏顶位片在左、右侧结构对比研究中是一种有价值的工具。 Objective To investigate the possibility of using submental-vertical cephalometry for measurement of the symmetry of craniofacial structure. Methods Forty-five people with normal occlusion were chosen from 500 college students including 23 males and 22 females with an average age of 22. 3 years. Submental-vertical cephalometric radiograghs were taken, and some items according to Ritucci and Burstone measuring systems were measured using self- made submental-vertical cephalometric analysis software. The data were analyzed with SPSS 11.0 software. Results The asymmetry existed in every landmark measured. There was no significant difference in asymmetry between sexes. The correlation coefficient of maxillary and mandiblar molar distance was the most. Mandibular molar point and mandible midpoint had an asymmetry inclination to the left side. Conclusion Submental-vertical cephalometry can be used for the study of the symmetry of craniofacial structure.
