摘要
针对纸机供汽系统对象复杂、难以建立数学模型的特点,在传统PID控制的基础上,提出了PID控制和专家控制相结合的蒸汽压力协调控制方案,使系统能够按照实际运行状况智能选择控制策略,并在实际应用中验证了该方法的可行性。
Considering the complication and the difficult to establish the mathematics model of the steam supplying system the steam pressure ccordinated-control strategy based on PID control and expert control system is put forward. The system can select control policy intelligently according to this method; the feasibility of the method has been validated by the commercial application.
