摘要
介绍了烧结配料模糊控制系统的构成和控制规律,以及该系统在莱钢的实际应用情况。使用结果表明,采用模糊控制后,下料准确性和稳定性得到提高,配料精度提高,烧结矿化学成分合格率提高1.3%,碱度稳定率提高3.1%,并有效地防止了下料故障,使烧结矿质量得到改善。
The construction and control tactic of the automatic control system of sinter raw material proportioning with fuzzy reasoning technique were presented in this paper. The practice shows, after this system was adopted in the LAIGANG sintering plant, the proportioning accuracy and stability were increased, the feeding troubles were prevented, and the sinter quality was greatly improved.
