摘要
安全评价关系到政府安全生产监督与管理的有效性和科学性,甚至影响企业的生存与发展,对安全评价体系进行完善,是生产迅速发展形势下的一项重要课题。在研究反馈原理及其在教育领域应用情况的基础上,提出将反馈应用于安全评价中,并分别探讨在安全评价过程和评价机构内部两方面的应用,重点阐述了应用模式及需注意的问题。
The relationship among safety assessment, the validity and scientific degree of surveillance and administration of government, even the subsistence and development of enterprise was very dose. It＇s a key project for improving the safety assessment system based on the situation of rapid development of production. Based on the study on the mechanism of feedback and its implication in education, the mind of feedback being applied into safety assessment was put forward. The application in the process of assessment and the inside of safety assessment institute was discussed, and the method of application and some important notes were expounded emphatically.
