摘要
以高压汞灯为光源,纳米TiO2为催化剂,以聚丙烯型大孔树脂为载体,采用掺杂法制备聚丙烯-纳米TiO2(polyprolyene—nanometer TiO2,PPT)复合材料,对甲基橙染料进行光催化降解,并且讨论了TiO2与聚丙烯的质量比、最高加热温度、TiO2类型、提取剂等因素对PPT复合材料降解性能的影响。结果表明:室温下,甲基橙溶液脱色率达90.12%,TOC去除率达56.60%。通过对甲基橙溶液的光催化降解和连续长时间的反复实验,证明该载体负载的二氧化钛不易脱落,性能稳定,具有一定的光催化效率。
Photo- catalysis degradation of methyl orange was studied by using high -voltage mercury lamp as light source and nanometer TiO2 as catalyst and by using polypropylene - style macro - porous - resin as carrier and polypropylene -nanometer TiO2 (PPT). The influence of mass proportion of TiO2 to polypropylene, highest heating temperature, the type of TiO2, the materials for extraction, etc. on degradation character of PPT compound was discussed. The results showed that the decoloring rate of methyl orange is 90.12% and TOC removal rate is 56.60% under room temperature. The light catalytic degradation of methyl orange and long - term repeated experiments showed that TiO2 immobilized on the resin is not easy to fall off, is stable and has certain photo - catalysis efficiency.
