摘要
美国、香港、新加坡分别代表了当今世界上较为成功的三种住房供应模式:美国以市场供应为主,香港是双轨制供应体系,新加坡则代表了以政府为主的供应体系。文章对上述国家和地区的住房供应制度进行了分析研究,并对比反映中国大陆住房供应制度的不合理,从而给完善中国住房供应制度以启示。
It is obvious that the housing supplying system in America, Hong Kong and Singapore are the three main successhd systems in the world today. America has established a market housing supplying system, but Singapore has mainly applied the government supplying system while Hong Kong has a dual one which has incorporated both characteristics of the two. This paper analyzes and studies the housing supplying system in the three countries ＆ area. And then, by analyzing the inconsequence of Chinese housing supplying system comparatively, the paper puts forward some inspirations which may be valuable to the improvement of the housing supplying system in China.
