Low temperature affects the yields, incidence of diseases, 1000-grain weight and kernel set. Directed against cold damage of low temperature, the countermeasures were pointed out, that is, paying more attention on weather forecast, fertilizing through measuring soil and making formula, applying pesticides and herbicides reasonably, and irrigating scientifically .
