基于组件的约束理论产品组合优化器的研究与实现

摘要 在定义约束理论产品组合优化器的基础上,给出了约束理论产品组合优化器的功能划分,讨论了约束理论产品组合优化器的信息模型,分析了约束理论产品组合优化器与生产管理其他子系统的集成,选取组件技术进行约束理论产品组合优化器的开发,设计了约束理论产品组合优化器的组件层次结构,讨论了约束理论产品组合优化器大粒度组件的划分及重用实现。所开发的约束理论产品组合优化器已成功地集成应用于三家国有大中型制造企业。 Based on definition of Theory of Constraints (TOC) product mix optimization management system, the function classification of TOC optimization management system was proposed. Information model of TOC optimization management system was designed. Then, the integration of TOC optimization management system with other production management systems was discussed. In this case, software component technology was introduced to develop TOC optimization management system, and the component-based hierarchical architecture for TOC optimization management system was established. Finally, classification and reuse of large-grained component in TOC optimization management system were discussed. The proposed system have been successfully applied in three stateowned manufacturing enterprises in China.
