机车车轮超非线性临界速度跳轨机理分析

摘要 基于高速车辆在直线轨道上蛇行运动的稳定性曲线,考虑到轨道方向不平顺、非线性轮轨接触单元的影响,运用多刚体动力学软件求得了车辆系统的非线性临界速度,并获取了单轮对跳轨时的横向速度。借助非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA研究了整个碰撞跳轨过程,讨论了参数变化对跳轨产生的影响。轮轨碰撞跳轨的模拟分析有助于进一步探求高速动态脱轨机理。 Safety against derailment is vital for high-speed vehicle.According to the limit circling curve of vehicle hunting,nonlinear critical speed is obtained by use of multi-body dynamics software,which takes into account the lateral track irregularity and nonlinear contact element,and the lateral velocity of wheelset is acquired during the derailment process of vehicle.With nonlinear finite element analysis software,LS-DYNA,impact and derailment process are studied and the parameter changing influencing impact is also investigated.The results show wheelset's lateral velocity still exists after collision and enough structural strength is required.Computer simulation is helpful to identify high-speed dynamic mechanism of derailment.
