摘要
基于多体接触理论建立了弹丸与身管耦合的动力学模型。模型中将身管离散为有限个刚性段,每两段质心间用一个无质量的梁连接,根据Timoshenko梁理论确定质心间的力和力矩,考虑了弹丸弹带、前定心部与膛壁的碰摩,计及了膛线对弹带的扭转作用,对弹丸在膛内的运动过程进行了访真计算,结果表明该动力学模型能够反映弹丸膛内运动的规律,利用该模型可进一步研究弹丸与全炮发射过程的耦合问题。
A dynamic model for the projectile-barrel coupling problem is established based on the theory of multi-body contact.The barrel is divided into some rigid segments,which are linked between themselves with massless beams at the centers of masses.Forces and moments are calculated based on beam theory of Timoshenko.Taking into account the contact of band and foreside with rifle,and considering the action of rifle torsion on the band,the motion of projectile in bore is simulated numerically.The results show that the dynamic model can reflect the dynamic behavior of the projectile movement in the barrel.The dynamic model in the paper can be used to investigate the prouectile-gun coupling problem.
