摘要
确定了大气中己内酰胺的监测方法:己内酰胺在碱性介质中与硫酸羟胺作用生成异羟肟酸,再与三价铁离子反应生成红色络合物,进行分光光度测定。建立了最佳测定条件:加热时间210 min,硫酸羟胺加入量1.6 mL,三氯化铁加入量0.9 mL,显色时间10 min^20 min。该法灵敏度较高,适用于测定车间空气中的己内酰胺。
In presence of the alkaline medium, caprolactam can react with hydroxylamine sulfate to form hydroxamic add, then hydroxarnie acid can react with Fe^3+ to form red complex which content is in direct proportion to its color degree, so the content of red complex can be determined using colofimetry. The test confirmed the method of monitoring caprolaetam. This method was used to mensurate the concentration of caprolaetam in the workshop'air.
