摘要
通过对过氧化尿素室温储存及热储实验结果的讨论分析,研究了在6种单一型稳定剂及3种复合型稳定剂存在下过氧化尿素分解率的变化,结果表明:过氧化尿素在室温储存和热储实验中稳定性效果一致,复合稳定剂的稳定效果并不都优于单一稳定剂,以柠檬酸作为稳定剂的单一型稳定剂效果最好。在室温储存实验中过氧化尿素的分解率大于在热储实验中过氧化尿素的分解率,热储实验可用作过氧化尿素稳定性的实验室初步检测方法。
The changes of decomposition rate of urea peroxide with the existence of six kinds of single type stabilizer and three kinds of blend type stabilizer were studied through the analysis of experimental data obtained from storage tests of urea peroxide under ambient temperature and raised temperature. Results showed that the order of the comparison of effectiveness of the stabilizers is same for storage tests under ambient temperature as well as storage tests under raised temperature. The effectiveness of blend type stabilizers does not always better than that of single type stabilizers. Among the various stabilizers, the effectiveness of citric acid shows the best result to be used as a single urea peroxide stabilizer. The decomposition rate under ambient temperature is higher than that under raised temperature. The storage test under raised temperature can be used for the primary laboratory test method for checking the stability of urea peroxide.
