摘要 以甲醇、马来酸酐、苯乙烯为原料合成了一种清防蜡剂的有效组分SMA,合成最佳工艺条件为:原料摩尔比为1:2:2,反应温度为60℃,引发剂的加入量为单体量的2.14%,反应时间为3h,将合成的SMA与有机溶剂SYA、SYB、SYC、SYD、SYE进行复配,研制出了新型SMA-2型清防蜡剂,性能评价研究表明。该清防蜡剂具有清蜡速率高,防蜡效果好,并具有一定的溶解油井胶质、沥青质的能力,是一种典型的多效清蜡防蜡剂。 A monomer of paraffin inhibitor as synthesized by CH3 OH , CsHs and maleic anhydride. The best synthetic conditions are as follows : the molar ratio of raw material is 1 : 2:2 , the teperature of reaction is 60℃, the addition of initiator is 2.14% of the monomer weight and the reaction time is 3h. A new kind of paraffin inhibitor was abtained by the synergism of the above synthesized monomer, SYA,SYB,SYC,SYD ,SYB and SYE. The evaluation in laboratory and in Oil Field showed that the paraffin inhibitor not only had good effect of dewaxing , but also had the solubility to asphaltic and cementic. SMA -2 was a typical multi -effect paraffin inhibitor.
