摘要
运用系统论、网络科学和复杂性理论对信息化军队的战斗力生成动力学机制进行了研究。回顾了美军现行网络中心战学说的理论基础——梅特卡夫定律,并对其运用于信息化军队战斗力分析的潜在适用性进行了讨论。建立起分布式网络化战斗的拓扑结构,并对其复杂性进行了分析。最后,分析了该网络化战斗系统的动力学机制,引入了网络化效应的度量指标,得出了几个初步结论。
This paper studies the emergence dynamics of informationalized force combat power based on system theory, network science and complex theory. First, it reviews the Metcalf's law underlying extant NCW theory of US force, and discusses its potential applicability in the informationalized force power analysis. Second; a topology structure of distributed, networked combat is constructed and its complexity is analyzed. Lastly, the dynamics of the networked combat system is analyzed, one measuring index of networked effect is introduced and some fundamental conclusions are drawn.
