粉煤灰混凝剂处理制革废水 被引量:12

Tannery Wastewater Treatment with Flyash-based Coagulant

摘要 用酸浸的粉煤灰和鼓风炉铁泥作原料,制备粉煤灰基混凝剂PBS。将PBS用于制革废水的处理,研究了体系pH值、混凝剂用量和水温对混凝效果的影响。结果表明,PBS混凝剂与PSA(聚硅酸铝)絮凝剂配合处理制革废水,在pH值6~9范围内,混凝剂对废水均有很好的处理效果。在常温、pH值为7.0、PBS混凝剂用量70mg/L条件下,SS、S2-、Cr3+、CODcr、色度的去除率分别为93.1%、92.8%、87.6%、83.3%、90.8%;温度对CODcr去除率的影响很小;与PAC(聚合氯化铝)和PFS(聚合硫酸铁)常规混凝剂相比,PBS混凝剂的混凝沉降性能明显优于常规混凝剂。探讨了粉煤灰基混凝剂对制革废水的混凝机理。 Flyash - based coagulant PBS prepared by fly ash in coal - fired thermal power plants and blast furnace iron sludge extracted with a dilute H2SO4 was used as coagulant in the treatment of tannery wastewater. The influence of pH value, coagulant dosage and temperature on coagulation effect was investigated. The results show that when the above coagulant combine with PSA (polysilicate aluminium) flocculant, the tannery wastewater could be well treated under the pH 6 -9. The removal rate of SS, S^2- , Cr^3+ , CODcr and colority in tannery wastewater is 93.1%, 92.8% ,87.6% ,83.3% and 90.8% respectively under the following conditions : normal temperature, pH value is 7.0 and coagulant dosage was 70mg/L. The temperature had little impact on the removal rate of CODcr. In comparison with the conventional coagulants, such as PAC ( polyaluminium chloride) and PFS (polyferric sulfate), the coagulation performance of PBS coagulant is obviously superior to conventional coagulants. The coagulation mechanism of PBS coagulant in the treatment of tannery wastewater was also discussed.
