摘要
将功能化大孔载体(FPUFS)与复合微生物菌剂B350应用于曝气生物滤池而构成固定化曝气生物滤池(G-BAF),并开展了处理受污染河水的中试研究。装置在不同的水力停留时间(HRT)下连续运行了93 d,至试验后期,当系统的HRT为2 h时,对浊度、CODMn、NH4+-N和TP的平均去除率分别为93.4%、55.6%、95.8%和71.5%,出水水质达到了《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)的Ⅲ类标准。环境扫描电镜(ESEM)与气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)的分析结果表明:G-BAF中的载体表面附着了大量球菌、杆菌以及多种形态的原、后生动物,这增强了对氮、磷以及难降解有机物的去除效果。
The macroporous carrier FPUFS and special microorganisms (B350) were used in a biological aerated filter (BAF) to form a Gaia-BAF (G-BAF) and treat polluted river water. The system was continuously operated for 93 days at different hydraulic retention time (HRT). In the later experimental stage, when HRT is 2 h, the average removal rates of turbidity, CODMn, NH4^+ - N and TP are 93.4%, 55.6% , 95.8% and 71.5% respectively. The effluent quality can reach the grade Ⅲ of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water ( GB 3838 - 2002). The results of ESEM and GC/MS show that there are lots of cocci, bacilli, protozoan and metazoan species immobilized on the surface of carriers, which can enhance the removal effect of nitrogen, phosphorus and refractory organic compounds.
