摘要
为了摸清明管可靠度水平,对现行《水电站压力钢管设计规范(SD144-85)》中的明管进行了可靠度水平校准分析。考虑到管内水重服从对数正态分布,其最大值分布为极值Ⅱ型分布,分析计算了A3和16Mn钢管在不同荷载效应比时的可靠指标β;讨论了现行规范明管的可靠度水平;结果表明厂内明管可靠指标明显偏高,建议在修订规范时宜适当降低。
For the purpose of finding o Code for Penstock in hydropower stati the distribution of water weight in a p extreme Ⅱ distribution, the authors c ut the reliability level of penstock,the reliability of penstock in "Design ons (SD 144-85)"was calibrated and analyzed. Under the condition that ipe is a normal logarithmic distribution,and the maximum distribution is alculated the reliability index β of the penstocks made of A3 steel and 16Mn steel,undergoing different ratio of load effect. The reliability level of penstock in current code was discussed. The result showed the reliability of penstock in plant is very high,and this paper suggests that it should be decreased while correcting the code.
