聚-γ-谷氨酸对烟草种子萌发及苗期生长的影响 被引量:29

摘要 用不同浓度聚-γ-谷氨酸(γ-PGA)溶液对烟草种子进行不同时间浸种处理,通过种子发芽率、种子活力与种子酶活性的变化,筛选出γ-PGA浸种的最佳浓度和时间;还研究了不同浓度γ-PGA溶液灌根对烟草苗期生长的影响。结果表明,用0.10~0.30 g/L的γ-PGA溶液浸种1~3 d可以提高烟草种子的发芽率、种子活力,缩短出苗时间。处理后的种子淀粉酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性与对照相比均有不同程度的提高,以0.20g/L的γ-PGA溶液处理种子1 d效果最好。灌根试验表明,烟草苗期生长的最适γ-PGA浓度也为0.20 g/L。 The influence of different concentration of γ-PGA on tobacco seed vitality and tobacco seedling growth was studied. The results showed that the germination ratio and the seed vigor of tobacco were increased. The germination time was shorten after seeds were soaked in 0. 10~0.30 g/L γ-PGA solution for 1~3 d. Compared with the control, the activities of amylase, peroxidase and catalase were increased significantly. The treatment of tobacco seeds soaked in γ-PGA solution of 0. 20 g/L for one day got the best result. The most suitable γ-PGA concentration that promotes the tobacco seedling growth was 0. 20 g/L.
