摘要
阐述串联式混合动力电动车的动力系统结构,提出了基于CAN总线通讯和TMS320LF2407A为主控芯片的电机控制系统设计方案,详述了其软硬件设计。驱动系统台架试验运行表明,该系统能实现对电机的高性能控制以及与整车主控制单元进行安全可靠的CAN总线数据通信。
This paper illustrates the power system structure of series hybrid electrical vehicle, presents the design method of Motor ECU based on CAN bus with TMS320LF2407A as the core control chip. In this paper, the hardware design and the control strategy for the motor electrical control system are explained in detail. When working in the bench tests of the whole vehicle system, the system can function well for high performance control of motor, also well for safe and sound data communication with the host control unit via CAN bus.
