摘要
测量了3种不同粒径的硅藻土填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料室温下的冲击强度。结果表明,硅藻土对填充PP复合材料缺口冲击强度的影响明显;当硅藻土体积分数(φ)小于5%时,缺口冲击强度随硅藻土体积分数φ的增加而迅速提高,然后趋于平缓;当φ为10%时,粒径为7μm的硅藻土填充PP复合材料的缺口冲击强度最高。
The impact strength of polypropylene composites filled with three kinds of diameter diatomite was measured at room temperature. The results show that the influence of diatomite on the notched impact strength is signifieant. The notched impact strength increases quickly with increasing of the volume fraction of the diatomite (φ), and then the variation is slight. The notched impact strength of the composite with the diatomite diameter of 7μm is the highest when φ was 10 %.
