摘要
目的:建立测定各类食品中阿斯巴甜含量的系统分析方法。方法:对不同类别的食品采用针对性的前处理手段,选择C18柱和甲醇/水流动相作为分离条件,在208 nm波长处进行检测。结果:方法的最低检出限为2 mg/kg,平均回收率为96.0%~98.9%,相对标准偏差为3.0%~6.1%。结论:方法简单快速,能适用于各类成分复杂的食品的定性定量分析。
Objective:To establish the systemic analysis method for determination of aspartame in foods from different categories. Methods: According to different categories of foods, to study and choose respective suited preparation methods of sample, to adopt the separated conditions of the C18 column and methanol/water, and to detect at wavelength 208 nm. Results :The detection limit of this method was 2 mg/kg, the average recovery from 96. 0% to 98.9%, and RSD from 3.0% to 6. 1%. Conclusion:This method is simple and quick. It can be widely applied to determination of aspartame in different categories of foods.
