摘要
测定了苯胺与6种取代苯胺对发光菌和大型蚤的单一毒性及其毒性单位比为1∶4,1∶1,和4∶1的二元混合物的联合毒性.采用相加指数法对联合毒性进行了评价.结果表明,苯胺与取代苯胺的二元混合物在3种配比下对发光菌的联合毒性主要表现为相加作用,而对大型蚤的联合毒性则为协同作用.
The single toxicity of anilines and joint toxicity of binary mixtures of aniline and 6 substituted anilines in the toxic unit ratios of 1∶4,1∶1,4∶1 to photobacterium phosphoreum and Daphnia magna were determined respectively.Additive index method was used to evaluate the joint toxicity.The result showed that the joint actions of binary mixtures of aniline and 6 substituted anilines to Photobacterium phosphoreum were mainly additivity,wheres,to Daphnia magna were synergisic action.
